Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn socks in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and gift boxes are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
